Outdoor Circuit Training for Women
Join an outdoor class for motivation, support, and fun. Combining exercise with fresh air is a great way to rev up that metabolism and feel fantastic. You will develop muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility through a variety of creative and challenging exercise for safe total body conditioning. Suitable for all fitness levels.

What to Expect
Seattle weather! We will meet rain or shine so come dressed in layers. You will receive close monitoring of your form as you learn new exercises or revisit familiar ones. Additionally, you will receive encouragement and support as you experience new challenges for yourself that may be beyond your comfort level, but not beyond your capability. For non-class days and weekends you’ll be given “homework” to round out your training program.

What to Bring
A set of 5lb. dumbbells, a yoga or exercise mat that you don’t mind getting muddy or wet, a small towel, and a water bottle. The weights and mat can be purchased at any number of places including Fred Meyer, Target, or Joe’s.

Cost and Schedule
Classes are organized into 4 week sessions, 2 days per week. You’ll register for two classes during your first session and you may mix and match evening or morning classes. After the first session, you have the option of signing up for one class per week but two classes will always be recommended to maximize the benefit and results you get from these workouts.

Location:

Monday and Wednesday from 8 – 9am at Mt. Baker Park.
Monday and Wednesday from 6 – 7pm in Seward Park.

Cost:

First session $136 ($17/class)
Second and subsequent sessions:
2 classes/week - $120 ($15/class)
1 class/wk - $60

Prefer an indoor setting? These workouts feature upper and lower body training using body weight and free weights in a fun and challenging circuit. Balance, core, abdominal and back exercises included. Improve your health, become fitter, stronger, lose weight, decrease body fat, fight osteoporosis and heart disease. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Location: The Fitness Lab, Stoneway

Cost:

1 class/week for 6 weeks = $130
Drop-in rate = $25
